Delivery is either by Courier or by Post. Each product description clearly indicates how the item will be delivered.
Delivery by our courier service and postal bouquets is included within the price you pay and no extra delivery charge will be incurred.
Orders can be placed up to 3 months ahead of when you wish delivery to occur. We regret we can only accept orders from Mainland UK customers and deliver to UK customers.
We will aim to make all courier deliveries within 24 hours. For orders placed before 2pm items can be usually delivered the next day, excluding Sundays and Bank Holidays. Some exclusions on areas also do apply. Certain UK mainland postcodes can only be reached within 2 or even 3 days. Please refer to the table below which indicates the postcodes excluded from our Next Day delivery.

For Courier deliveries you can also track your order online – simply click the link to visit our delivery partner’s website at www.hdnl.co.uk and enter your unique Order Tracking code (as quoted in your confirmation email).
Delivery will take place between 8am and 6pm, Monday to Saturday. No deliveries will be made on Sundays or Bank Holidays). Please see our example delivery table below.
Applies on areas which are served by Next Day delivery service only. Excludes Bank Holidays on which there are no deliveries.
To prevent damage during transit, the bouquets are securely packed and tied into the box. Our postal bouquets are sent via 1st Class Royal Mail and take approximately 1 - 3 working days to arrive – we regret that on these bouquets, delivery dates cannot be chosen or guaranteed. Delivery will occur Tuesday to Saturday.
The last available delivery date before Christmas will be 23rd December 2008. The next available delivery date after Christmas will be 7th January.
Courier item orders after 2pm on a Thursday before a Bank Holiday will not be delivered until the following Wednesday after the Bank Holiday. For Postal items ordered before 2pm they can be delivered in 1-3 days and so may be received before the Bank Holiday or just closely after.
Courier item orders after 2pm on the Wednesday before Easter weekend will not be delivered until the following Wednesday after the holiday. For Postal items ordered before 2pm they can be delivered in 1-3 days and so may be received before the Easter weekend or just closely after.
