Your order should be placed on our website. Unfortunately orders cannot be accepted via telephone, email or in an Aldi Store. Firstly you should browse the site and choose the right product for you. You can get some tips on suitable products by browsing the products by occasion. Once you have chosen your product you should add it to your basket, and follow the simple shopping basket process. When placing an order an item will remain in your ‘basket’ for up to 20 minutes. If your order is not completed within 20 minutes your transaction will be lost and so you will need to start the checkout process again.
You’ll be asked to complete your billing address details and also your chosen delivery address. Once you have reviewed and confirmed your order you will then be able to go through to the WorldPay transactional process where you will provide your credit or debit card details. When all of your payment details have been inputted and verified you will be re-directed to an order confirmation page. You will also then receive an order confirmation email. All orders can only be accepted from customers residing within Mainland UK and can only be delivered to addresses within Mainland UK.
You will pay for your order via our secure online payment process provided by WorldPay. We accept payment by all major credit and debit cards, excluding American Express. Once we receive your order we will automatically send you an email confirming your order details.
Your chosen item will be provided in a very sturdy and quality cardboard box. The box will be quite large for courier bouquets and slightly smaller for postal bouquets. The box is white with a pale blue design. The box also includes text regarding flower care instructions. The box will not include an Aldi logo but has the Aldi Flowers website address detailed. You can see an image of how the boxes look on our Delivery Information page. Your item will be carefully packaged to sustain the journey to your chosen address. If you are unhappy at all with the way in which your item arrives please contact our Customer Services on 0844 811 2480 from 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday. Unfortunately the vase pictured with the bouquet will not be included within the order. During busy periods we may send the item in alternative packaging but the quality and value expected from Aldi Flowers will still remain. Please review the individual product descriptions for how an item may be planted or wrapped.
Yes. This can be simply done once you have selected your product and begin the checkout process. Once you have inputted your address and the recipient's address details within the checkout you can enter a personal message at stage 3.
With regards to Courier delivered items, there are no deliveries carried out on a Sunday or on a Bank Holiday. Orders that are received on these days will be processed on the next available working day. Your order will usually arrive within the next day if ordered before 2pm or you can select for a future date of up to 3 months in advance. There are some postcodes which are excluded from the next day service. Please review our Delivery Information page for all exclusions. For Postal items these are sent via 1st Class Royal Mail and take approximately 1 - 3 working days to arrive – we regret that on these bouquets, delivery dates cannot be chosen or guaranteed. Delivery will occur Tuesday to Saturday.
In the event of your order not arriving when you expect in the first instance you can check the status of the delivery for courier items at our delivery partners website www.hdnl.co.uk. Use your unique order tracking code, provided in your confirmation email to check your orders delivery status. At the checkout process on the website we will confirm when your order will be delivered by. If you wish to trace your delivery you can do this via our delivery partners website at www.hdnl.co.uk.
To track your delivery you will need to reference your order tracking code which will be provided to you in your order confirmation email that you will receive after your order has been placed.
If your order arrives and it’s not the same item as ordered it may be that the item you selected was unavailable. In this instance we always endeavour to send an item of equal price and quality or if no equivalent is available we will send an item of greater price at no additional cost to you. If the item arrives damaged then please contact our Customer Service department. Here you can request a replacement order or request a full refund. Delivery can only be completed upon signature. Delivery to certain locations where a third party recipient is involved, such as a neighbour’s address, hospitals, airports, hotels and ships, the signature of any person authorised to accept delivery on behalf of the organisation shall be accepted as proof of delivery to your chosen recipient. In the instance of there being difficulties in delivering your order to the intended recipient we may contact the recipient using the contact details you provided to us.

So you can be sure that your item will arrive in the best way possible.
When requesting an order to be cancelled customers should do this by telephone rather than email. This will guarantee that the order will be cancelled straight away. All orders may be cancelled up to 2pm on the day before delivery for Courier items and 5 working days before expected delivery of Postal items. If you are completely dissatisfied with your order when it arrives for a specific reason you can request a full refund. In all cases of dissatisfaction we will always offer an alternative product before offering a full refund.
